hey /dudes/, ive got my grandads quincinera coming up and ive got to prepare some traditional mexican tapas (spanish for hore durves) for the party. I decided on mole sauce because its authentic and he loves choclate. I saw my pic on youtube and it looked super cute. What do you chefs think?

What baked goods have the best tasting raw dough/batter?
For me, I can barely control myself when I make buttermilk drop biscuits. A mix that's mostly just flour/butter has no right to taste that magical but it does.

I do lazy man bread. I started with this video.

Anyways I use a breadpan now and actually mix it in the breadpan so only one dish to clean.
This is my recipe.
>Ingredients
4 cups flour
2 cups water
Yeast (teaspoon or whatever)
>Directions
1. Mix up all ingredients into a bread pan.
2. let it sit for a few hours (4-10hrs or you get bored) until it gets bigger
3. stir it with a chopstick or whatever
4. let it sit a half hour more
5. Bake in oven for 25min at 350F
6. Turn off oven and let it cool in the oven
That's it.

What is it about African Americans and their love of PF Changs? I stopped by there yesterday evening to take out an order of street noodles and the place was crawling with blacks.
