I don't know yet but I have a half pound of 80-20 ground beef I need to use before it needs to be tossed and a bone-in chicken breast.

i find it too sweet usually, including this one. I took one bite and that was it. I like less sweet for dessert, which I know sounds lik eoxymoron, but you know what I mean

Bottom left is "War Hammer" (habenero-kissed jerk rub, honey, roasted garlic, and red chili), bottom right is horseradish, honey, mustard, and chilis, center top is some concoction from my favorite chef--all I asked for was "have fun with Trinidad Scorpion". I had one before going home and chef confirmed presence of Brown sugar, cinnamon, and toasted coconut flakes (aside from the obvious heat).

I'm gonna sleep like shit, but this is worth it.
