Leave it alone, and don't eat any acidic food for a few weeks. Coffee, tea, tomatoes, sugar, etc. Look up alkaline foods and just eat those. Also, make sure there's fluoride in your toothpaste. Either your enamel is weak or you have cavities.
If you haven't seen a dentist in a while, you might want to think about it.

Is it okay if I only eat the egg yolk when I make fried eggs? I once tried to open a pickle jar by placing it in a bag, then smashing it with a hammer. Only then did I realize that there is no way to separate the glass shards from the pickles. Then I accidentally opened the bag in the sink to drain the pickles away, only to get the drain clogged full of glass. Had to replace the entire p-trap.
