I think it's good. Everyone who dislikes it is either meme-ing, doesn't understand it should only be used once or twice a day at most, or hasn't tried it.

It's a great base for smoothies, and is good on it's own too, but a little bland.

I ran out of my first batch 2 months ago and I haven't bought any more, only cause I'm broke AF. I would definitely buy more. I think it's best to drink half of it, fill it back up with water, shake, repeat until it's mostly all water and then stop.

It isn't some 5 star meal, hell it's probably only a 2 or 3 star at best. But it shouldn't be eaten like a meal, you should use it as it's advertised. A quick, easy to consume, meal replacement. It also has the nice benefit of only being 400 calories, so it's pretty easy to lose weight on it. With minimal exercise and replacing 1 or 2 meals a day and still eating whatever else I wanted, I managed to lose 5lbs. I bet if I did even more exercise and more intake control, I'd easily lose more.

How many square feet? What kind of flooring? Who will install it? Who will make the venting routes to get it out of the house? Are you adding in construction fees, painting, installing, purchasing everything you need...are you doing all the work yourself? I don't see any way you will keep it on budget unless you do it yourself. I would do it too if I could but only with a flexible budget. What happens when you get bored of your hobby and nobody will buy your $10000 custom stove?

If you don't have that many people to cook for the you're not limited by the hardware only, you're limited by the amount you need to cook as well.

Logically that would be you because having leftovers shows that you lack portion control and just cook a bunch of stuff so you can eat until you don't feel like eating any more. So you cook more than you need in case you feel like eating more, because you don't want to run out of food.

Just for the record, btw. Cooking extra meals ahead of time is a lot different than than cooking more than you need.

I want to use a wetsone but i never know what grading would work best. i figured i'd go coarsest to finest but for how many i have no clue. i've seen people use one or a dozen for the finest edge possible.

I use the bottom of my coffee mug, the ceramic works wonders.
