They're popular with me, but i slice my own off of a shoulder when I'm cutting one up to make sausage.

For the pussys scared of a little fat, here's a really amazing trick: Try cutting the fat off after you cook it and only eat the lean. Amazing what a knife and fork can accomplish, isn't it?
