I like a mix of ground beef for thickness and lean stew beef for texture. You could swap out the ground beef for spicy pork sausage, venison, or bison if you want to get a little more exotic.

Plus I like plenty of vegetables, so diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, kidney beans, corn, and garlic are all mandatory. For heat, you need jalapenos at a minimum, and I like some habaneros as well.

For serving, you need grated pepperjack, , diced red onion, and tortilla chips. Cincinnati chili is a fucking abomination and should be avoided at all costs.

I've never had to send a steak back, but i only really order steak at restaurants known for their steak and usually just order med-rare.

I have mild autism and I ordered a pepperoni pizza in a restaurant by myself and a small pepsi. The waitress a really beautiful girl just sort of sarcastically took my order and made fun of me as I stuttered. She got my order wrong I think on purpose because when I tried to flag her down to explain I got the wrong thing she straight up ignored me. I live in a pretty shit part of a pretty shit country, from a culinary perspective. I don't have any good restaurants in close proximity to where I live. I was treating my in-laws to a meal for Christmas and they were all nearly finished their mains by the time my replacement steak arrived. It would have been terribly inconvenient to have to wait for a third steak if I wasn't willing to eat the blue.

What will you make with it? I've never made turkey stock but I buy this turkey stock from a butcher stop that fucking stands up straight when you pour it out of the container and it makes the best collard greens I've ever had.

it's fairly mild so it will go good with anything
