I like a mix of ground beef for thickness and lean stew beef for texture. You could swap out the ground beef for spicy pork sausage, venison, or bison if you want to get a little more exotic.

Plus I like plenty of vegetables, so diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, kidney beans, corn, and garlic are all mandatory. For heat, you need jalapenos at a minimum, and I like some habaneros as well.

For serving, you need grated pepperjack, , diced red onion, and tortilla chips. Cincinnati chili is a fucking abomination and should be avoided at all costs.

I have mild autism and I ordered a pepperoni pizza in a restaurant by myself and a small pepsi. The waitress a really beautiful girl just sort of sarcastically took my order and made fun of me as I stuttered. She got my order wrong I think on purpose because when I tried to flag her down to explain I got the wrong thing she straight up ignored me. I hate women so much and I hate myself and my parents for giving me shitty genetics. I drink and smoke daily and want to die by the time I am 40.

I live in a pretty shit part of a pretty shit country, from a culinary perspective. I don't have any good restaurants in close proximity to where I live. I was treating my in-laws to a meal for Christmas and they were all nearly finished their mains by the time my replacement steak arrived. It would have been terribly inconvenient to have to wait for a third steak if I wasn't willing to eat the blue.

I always find it funny, the tinfoil meme. It's hilarious because the tinfoil actually acts as an receiver, allowing the government waves to be beamed more efficiently to your brain. "They" actually started the whole tinfoil meme in order to make it easier to get their beams into the people's heads who are breaking the conditioning, or to put it another way, the tinfoil meme was made up to allow them to put the people who are waking up back to sleep.

I get this chocolate every Valentine's day and Christmas and in the hopes of actually liking them I always end up finding them to be the worst chocolate I've ever had. And that brand of chocolate is the Russell Stover brand.

so I got real ambitious and shredded some potatoes to freeze for hash browns.
of course I tried to cook one portion up and its all mushy and discolored because you can't freeze raw potato.

Has anyone else done this? is there any use for these potates or do I need to toss them?
I am wondering about a casserole/baked dish, after boiling/straining the spuds.
