Giga Big Mac
That's just a double big mac
>>8437284
But it doesn't have a double middle bun
A big mac with the equivalent of two normal beef patties.
You can only post top tier microwave dinners in this thread.

I'd only consider eating this if my wife was not home and I'd finished eating all of the baby puree satchels
Is a beer or two a day too much? How much would be too much past that? I always eat something small when I drink too.
>>8436976
You will shorten your life if you drink like that
A beer that size is 2 units of alcohol so that is 4 units a day or 28 units a week, twice the recommended health limit
>>8436995
If I drink a 700ml bottle of spirits a day is it ok? I used to do that and now the doctor said I have a fatty liver or something, I dunno, I just drink 3/4 of a bottle per day now

soy sauce
ketchup. might as well get your lycopene.
Let's talk Taco Bell food items.
They have many burritos over the years, but the best one is still the Burrito Supreme, this has the best combi of ingredients of all their burritos IMO, no liquid cheese and no rice
Solid choice. I am waiting for the chili cheese burrito to return. That shit is ambrosia from the gods..
>>8433048
Not a fan of the refried beans in it otherwise it would be GOAT.
For me it's the quesarito.
Beefy crunch is hand down the best thing taco bell ever had. If you disagree you are wrong.
Can we have a curry thread?
I personally have never made one before, but I've just bought a vindaloo and a korma powdered spice blend online. How do i use them?
Is it literally just put powder in with can of tomatoes? Doesn't seem very authentic.
Any better recipes than curry flavour tomatoes?
I made sort of a generic chicken curry awhile back, and it turned out really well.
I don't have or remember the recipe specifically, but one of the things that really brought it together was onion, finely chopped and simmered along with the tomatoes. I also used a wide variety of spices, which I'm sure helped. It was great over some basmati rice.
>>8428817
Curry powder is rank. Start out using jars of sauce or paste to get a feel for it, work your way up to using fresh ingredients.
Also, whole chicken legs in curry are severely underrated, especially if you cook it long and slow enough that the meat starts coming away from the bones.
>>8428865
Lol don't listen to this idiot, spice blends are great if you get some decent ones from a proper curry spice place online and not some generic shit in a shop.
I will post a recipe in a couple hours, I'm just having a shit break at the mo. My trick is to separate the tomatoes from the juice, and reduce the juice in a separate pot to about half.
I fry the spices for a minute in the already softened onion and add the tomatoes (sans juice) and break them down for a while. This makes a sort of curry paste. You can either at the meat or the reduced salted tomato juice at this stage depending how you like to make your curry. I know you don't know how to make one but I'll tell you how i make one of this thread is still here.

Hi, /ck/. For years I've lived with bad eating habits, and usually ate not as much as I should have, since I was living in quite bad conditions. Recently I kind of put myself together, and decided to improve my diet, but I've encountered a problem; Not only I cannot cook, but also I don't even know what to eat. I just have no fucking clue, and everytime I enter a store, I just cannot decide what to buy. I usually buy a couple of rolls, rice, macaroni and then I eat the rolls dry, and survive on the rice/mac until I'm left with no supplies.
Do you know any good recipies I could use to make shitton of food that could last long, so I could always have a light snack, and olso some good, nutritious dishes that are quick and easy to make? I also should mention that I have only a functional oven plate at this moment, a soup pot, a small metal mug, and a cooking pan. Also, I live in Poland, so I might not recognize or have access to some brands you guys might recommend to me
Also, general food infographics thread

Wait a minute...is a Scotch Egg a Croquette, /ck/?
Really makes you think
>>8438778
I guess by your definition they technically are.
Though in my experience croquettes are potato-based. There may be other things in there too, but the bulk is potato, always. By that definition no, Scotch eggs are not croquettes.
>>8438802
What about a mashed potato covered Scotch Egg?
If I burn my mirepoix, do I need to start over or is it still good to use? This is my first time making stock btw (beef stock, I was roasting the bones and I left the veggies in the oven too long)
>>8438767
If it's literally burnt then yeah, you need to start over.
>>8438767
if your onions (and especially garlic) have burnt it will be noticeable in your final product
for a dark beef stock you might get away with it if the onion is only a little burnt; but if it's for something like a risotto then forget it
your mirepoix costs basically nothing, better to just re-do it
>>8438954
>your mirepoix costs basically nothing, better to just re-do it
Normally I'd take your advice but I'm snowed in at the moment and I used up the last of my veggies, I've only got 2 sad little celery ribs left. What happened was the bottoms of the carrots and the big pieces of onions got burnt but the tops are ok, and a few pieces of the smaller onions got completely burnt. My original plan was to make french onion soup later this week, you think it would be better to hold off until I can get more vegetables?
Which half would you rather have, /ck/?
>no anchovies
>>8438730
The entire crust since the toppings are shit.
>>8438713
Left has poor topping coverage, right has excessive crust. I guess I'd go with left. Also I hate julienned ham.
Do low carb bread taste good? I think I have found a cheat code to stay in ketosis.

Buy some water chestnut flour and make crepes. Low in fat and calories, and only 5 grams of carbs per 1/4 cup. And the crepes are super easy to make:
1 cup water chestnut flour (also called singoda)
1/2 cup yogurt (beat the yogurt well to make it smooth)
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: you can add whatever spices or herbs or seasonings you like for more flavor.
Sift the flour into a bowl, and add the yogurt and water and mix well. Stir in salt and any other seasonings you want to add. Let batter sit for 15 minutes.
Heat your griddle or pan and oil it well or use nonstick spray. Pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and spread it out. Cook for 5 minutes on one side, flip and cook the other side. You can use them on the side of a dish, or you can put a filling in them and roll them up.
