There are calorie counter apps like myfitness pal, books in the diet section at the bookstore, umm, nutrition guides based on whatever diet you are on? There used to be a good amount on livestrong website, but the FDA requires it is on all packaged foods, as well on restaurant websites or menus.

What diet are you on? Atkins? American Heart Assoc guidelines? Nutrients? Are you deficient i something? I think maybe you should read a book on nutrition.

I'm not sure why you left /fit to ask it here, though. We're not really about dieting.
