How do you enhance the flavor of lentils?

By not eating any...

I will start with this spicy SHAKSHUKA.

Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
½ red onion, diced
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
½ red capsicum, deseeded and diced
½ yellow capsicum, deseeded and diced
½ green capsicum, deseeded and diced
400g tin crushed tomatoes
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
4 eggs

1.Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat and drizzle with oil.
2.Add onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic, cumin, paprika and thyme and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
3.Add diced capsicum and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and bring to a simmer, then cover and continue to simmer for around 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
4.Stir through parsley.
5.Make 4 holes in the mixture and add the eggs. Cover and continue to cook until eggs are cooked.

Can you guys post some informative graphs?

Im about to fry some chicken parm and I dont know if I should use canola or olive oil. How do I know which oils to use with each food? Just post graphs that explain stuff like that, food pairings, drink pairings, etc!

I think you made it wrong. You should have split it so the two sides of the bread were still connected and toasted that shit so the cheese melts. Also, you want your bottom half to be thicker than the top, so it can support the meat and peppers and sauce.
