I'm interviewing at a restaurant tomorrow where the mains start around $30 and aren't sure what to ask for a starting wage; was thinking if asking if $15 sounds fair. (Also have a pit in my stomach that I won't be able to keep up, but I've worked the line at bigger, less fancy places before.)
