Went into the corner store to grab a powerball ticket, and what do I see staring at me from the cooler? Mother fucking Surge. Haven't seen it in 15 or so years. The clerk said that it came back about a month ago, and they were having trouble keeping it in stock, people come in and buy a case at a time.
So I picked one up, and the taste is just like I remember.

So, everytime the air gets a little too moist my pastry always turns out bad. Not entirely unusable, but certainly not great.
My theory is the flour soaks up moisture from the air, which in turn stops the fat from coating it properly causing it too leach out of the dough when rolled.
Other than using a dehumidifier what can I do to the recipe to alleviate this?

So cu/ck/s, I made a thread a week back and I was quite surprised with the feedback.
I saw a Ramsey video on yt about oxtail and my mouth got salivating as I haven't had it since a child.
I have had to substitute a few ingredients as my family don't like spice and the greengrocer was out said things. I'm using chicken stock I made from Sunday roast.
Looking at my ingredients this looks like it's going to be fucking inedible but here goes.
I'm using a slow cooker so after the set up it will take around 4 hours.
