Hey guys, so i need help with something.
I'm trying to identify a type of frosting to put on a cake, it's my birthday cake, I've had it only 2 places that i can recall, on my cousin's wedding cake and on a "wedding cake" cupcake.
I've looked everywhere but all people keep saying is that fondant is used for that, I know it wasn't fondant because fondant tastes like crap. This tasted more like buttercream but better. It wasn't just sugary, it also had some almond or maybe lemon or something in it and was really good, but I've asked literally every bakery I know and none of them know what i am talking about. I'm starting to think either they or i are complete morons, can any of you help me out?

I just do not get it. The texture of the chicken sucks ass if you just straight fry it. If you coat it in a very thin layer of flour (1 tbsp for half a pound of chicken), it will both get crispy and stay juicy as fuck inside.

Canada is like the US, but shittier. There are far fewer high end restaurants there. Kraft Mac and Cheese is eaten even more than it is in the US (though they call it "Kraft Dinner") ...unless you're in Quebec, which is filled with French stuff.
Australia? Rather different. They eat a lot more lamb than the US does. Kangaroo meat is also common, even in supermarkets.
