Frankly, most pizzas are sweet and savory. Even if they don't have pineapple, the tomato is sweet and the meats and/or cheeses are savory. And pizzas are a subset of pies: it's a filling baked in a crust.
I've made pies that look like OP's pic but the filling is caramelized onions and pork. Those are certainly sweet and savory. I don't know if that's a standard recipe anywhere or not, but it's damn delicious.
I have family in the UK, and it's common for them to serve pork pies with a sweet "brown sauce" on the side.
