I am sure i can make a good money making a cyber-cafe, computer and mobile repair if i rent that place, the problem is: I do not have the 950 Dollars i would need to buy computers and chairs and stuff and rent the store.
Ps: 950 dollars is a lot of money in Brazil and i only have 100 at home and i can't make a loan because i have debts in the bank, and getting a wage job would take too long and the store could be rented until there.
What should i do?

Invest 500k in a normal savings account, 500k EUR in equity index funds / real estate / stocks and 500k in a checking account to fund your NEET lifestyle.
The savings account will yield you 5000 EUR per annum even on a pathetic 1% interest rate. If interest rates rise, all the better for you.
