22-year-old female. Sexually, I feel almost exclusively attracted to women. I can be turned on by looking at most of the women who are my age. Also, I feel attracted emotionally to women (crushes etc.)
I sometimes feel emotionally attracted to men too (in the form of crushes sometimes). However, my sexual attraction to men is very low/virtually non-existent. I can feel very faintly sexually attracted to men. Sex with men can be tolerable, but definitely not fulfilling (I find it hard to get really turned on and I could never be in a monogamous long-term relationship with a man). I could only be in a long-term relationship in a man if I didn't have to sleep with him often and if I could cheat on him with other women.
Does this make me a lesbian?

I live about 120 miles from a major city (Los Angeles). There is nobody really here where I live. As a result, I feel like I'm being ignored on OKCupid very often because of my location.
The thing is, I travel to LA 2-5 times a month for fun.
I was thinking about changing my location to Los Angeles and, in my self-summary, clarifying that I don't actually live in LA, but I travel there often.
Does this sound like a good idea?

What exactly is up with the notion that suicidal people are only that way for attention?
I never really understood that. Whether it's mild or severe suicidalism, there's that stereotype dictating that attention seeking is the main goal. I mean, to be in that state is doing an awful lot just to be histrionic. The closest I can come up with was remembering a couple kids at my high school who claimed to be suicidal for attention (or so it came off). But a). that was high school, and I kind of expect weird shit like this from people in that age range; and b). this was the emo fad started taking off (good god I'm old). I even remember arguing with someone on /sci/ about how during his university years, one of the football players hung themselves, and everyone kept talking about how tragic it was. The /sci/duck then claimed to go around telling people not to take it seriously, because the victim was, his words, only doing it for attention. And then remarked on how it was "the easiest way to get" just that.

They're making light of a situation they don't understand. When in reality, OCD is a crippling mental illness that has nothing to do with just liking things to be tidy.
People who don't have a problem can't understand what it's like to have that problem. So they fill in the holes any way they can. Often times they get it horribly wrong. When enough people do this, it becomes the normal hivemind of the way people think of things. It stands to reason the majority of people aren't suicidal, so they don't understand what it feels like or why suicidal people do what they do. So non-suicidal people will make up their own assumptions for why. This is a very common human behavior, and a very stupid one.

I moved to my college year round for summer classes, with two friends who were really close to me my freshman year of college, a roommate from that year and someone I had met at orientation before that..
I thought everything in our set up was going to be fun, us being friends, me being introduced to local friends theough the roommate who lives here...
Boy was I fucking wrong.
They shut down as soon as we moved in, roommie 1 got a girlfriend and we haven't seen him except twice in the past month when he dropped by his checks for utilities and rent. He won't spend time with us any more, and the other roommate and I feel uncomfortable about it as a result.
It's only two of us in this rather large apartment, and he spends a lot of his time locked in his room with a headset on, so I'm stuck alone when he's at work and doesn't want to hang at home. I'm feeling so dependent on him for human companionship that I think I annoyed him, he treats me nicely but often wants to hangout away from me and not invite me out with his friends any more.
I'm so depressed that I honestly break in to tears daily now, I'm turning 20 in a few months, I shouldn't feel like this, I shouldn't break down when I come home for a weekend and break down in my parent's arms because I'm so lonely and happy to see their faces.
My problem is my schedule I think
I'm looking for a job currently to fill the gaps betweb classes so I don't spend all my time alone in this place. I have no local friends that are living here for the summer, so I spend all day watching netflix, working out, playing pokemon go, and jerking off for days on end, going to class on four days of the week.
I don't know how to make friends in this city, I don't have any special hobbies, I am gay but hate grindr. I need help, or I may need to seek therapy for suicidal thoughts. I just want this crippling, almost physical pain to just end already.
