My boss is literally driving me up the wall.
I work in a small business and my boss is also an employee. At most we have 3 people working including her.
>Boss will often come 1-2 hrs late on days where a shipment is coming and hasn't been finished.
>Says shit like "unfortunately its coming today so we have to do it right now"(note it should have been done the day before but she probably left early because its too hot to work)
>Basically leaves me alone to load 2,000 pounds into our shop( I need to delivery guys to help me and all 3 of us struggle to load this into the shop. (Basically dangerous and fucking downright stupid)

>Tries to organize things everything ...basically everything has some sort of magic process they invented in their head to make it quicker.

It sounds like I'm bitching, and I am. I have worked a bunch of places and this boss is literally clueless compared to the other ones I have had. How can I work around someone like this? Is it just me? maybe I'm just too high strung.

Long story short: I'm a cart attendant at Target which means my duties are LITERALLY: Fill the front with carts
Clean up grown man/woman shit on the floors out of the bathrooms every hour,
Do cart walks in the store,
Jump on register whenever called,
Take out everyone's trash,
Dodge cars outside with a massive row of carts behind me,
Take hangers back,
Take salvage back,
take DVD cases back,
Put hand baskets around the store,
Put out 14 carts in two rows for the trucks,
Cover breaks at Cafe,
Vacuum,
Sweep,
Clean up spills,
stock spill stations,
NEVER EVER CALL OFF,
Dry all carts when it rains,
get all carts inside,
KEEP THE CART HALL FULL SIMULTANEOUSLY,
Put kid carts out,
Zone items around the store,
Make sure fitting room has enough hangers,
Fit my one lunch and break into the schedule,
Make sure the store is spotless and all bathrooms,
And do all of this in the 6 hours I work.
Help. I'm getting sick of this shit especially because I can't use my earbuds now.

Use it to pay for your education. Invest some of it--at least get it into some kind of interest-bearing account at a fucking bank.
If you feel compelled to blow some of it on something fun and flashy, get a good computer or game system or something. When I'm flush and want to treat myself I buy a guitar, but I always save more than I waste.

I have this fetish that I am really ashamed of (a humiliating kind of fetish). I have looked for help everywhere, but just can't seem to find solutions. It's been working at Walmart for 7 months. I used to be happy and proud and motivated, but holy shit... Over time I became aware how futile and shitty everything here is. Plus it just doesn't pay enough. I don't feel respected here anymore. I don't feel welcome. Every day I just half ass it because there isn't enough incentive for me to try harder anymore. I used to give it my all, now I see how pointless it is.
I'm willing to learn anything, and I have $3,600 saved up as my life savings. It's somethin but it's not that much. I'm willing to go to community college to learn a skill or trade, but I don't know what to study. I desperately want to quit my job but I know it's not smart because I don't have something else lined up.
Willing to do anything to get out of retail. As the saying goes: pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Does your dad help you with anything (and that includes food)? Are you on the lease? If the answer to both is no, I would look to see if you can rent a room from someone for $300 or less, and if you can, go do that now. Tell your dad to eat a dick and move out.
The main advantage is that your household income will drop and you'll have an easier time getting financial aid.
For the amount you're making, I'd also look into food assistance.
You might also want to look into military service since that will let you save money while also providing you the means to get an education.

I am on the lease, so I am pretty bound here.
The issue with financial aid is not my parents income. When I was 18, I got overwhelmed and dropped out, my mom told me to just keep the money instead of give it back. And like a dummy, I did that. I owe them money, and cannot apply for financial aid until I pay back the 2000 dollars I owe. Dad said he was gonna help me with that too, never happened.
Military is also not an option for me, but I'd rather not say why

Is romantic attraction random? I mean you can ask stuff like "what do women want?" or give advice like "improve yourself", etc. But from what I've seen it appears that it's completely random. Girls I know irl that I'd rank high on the 10 scale are dating guys that aren't terribly good looking, have no job, stutter their speech, have no interesting hobbies, etc.
