My boss's dad died, I don't really know him too well and only started a few months ago. He's a busy guy and we haven't interacted much. But I can see he's a really nice guy and I feel horrible for him, my stomach absolutely sunk when I heard the news from a coworker

Anxiety has taken over my life. Anxiety and panic are constant. But recently its gotten to the point where just standing up makes me feel short of breath. I feel like im dying all the time, sometimes for whole days. Can anxiety do this? Ive never heard of it being that severe.

Makes me paranoid that people dislike me
I've been a loser shut in all my life, I spent a lot of time recently preparing myself to break out of it and in the past few days the results have been amazing
I can get into parties because I know people, get girls to grind on me with ease, went from hugless kissless virgin to just virgin all in the past few days
But tonight I was meant to go to another pre-arranged party with this fraternity full of cool guys I mesh with, but shit got weird, no one was there, and this girl that wanted me to meet her there said it was somewhere else
Long story short for a while I couldnt find it and started wondering if people were fucking with me, turns out people left the original spot to go to some new place and the majority of the fraternity guys scattered to the wind and only like 2 or 3 guys that I actually recognized were at this new place
Random girls were asking if I was X, started wondering were people talking shit about me
The few guys I knew smiled at me and talked but didn't seem as enthusiastic as in the past, started thinking I had pissed them off somehow
Also some girl said "I know him he's cool let him in"
When I think about this logically I want to say that sometimes plans go awry and shit happens and the fraternity dudes just couldn't get organized tonight, so I went to a random place and a few of them drifted there, I danced, got grinded on once (didn't really try to tonight), talked to some people, and made some general low key social gains
The paranoid part of me says lack of a bunch of people acting all buddy buddy with me and exchanging contact info = failure you fucked up game over
Am I just having a panic (autism) attack or am I right?

the fact you're getting female attention and being invited to places the frat bros are means you're not a lost cause or any of these fears you have
my only concern is that when you get the real important friend or girl, you won't know what to do with it. that's the case with most people until they get a little older.

Alright /adv/ here's the deal. About a month ago I went out with this girl who frequents the same places I do. On our first date she told me she had been watching me for a few months, we had a lot in common and told our life stories, hers was really sad. We texted and talked on the phone a lot after, On our second date we banged each other senseless. On our third date we banged again and after she started telling me how the world is controlled by a shadow government, 9/11 was fake, the US government puts drugs in the water to control us.... You get the idea. To me this is not the kind of girl you break up with. So I began using her past relationships to make her want to stop seeing me, First I told her that since we were fucking we were a couple, she agreed. Then I made her think I was needy/controlling she adjusted her schedule to fit whatever I wanted. when that didn't work, I told her I had major trust issues, she began showing me all her texts and emails. Finally I told her via text that I beat my ex, Finally she told me she didn't want to see me anymore. I now feel bad and think I should have just told her she was crazy and stopped seeing her. What do you guys think?

Kind of, but you don't need a lifelong commitment to do that. Just do what I did and work at a camp during the Summer. You'll be amazed how much "kid stuff" you can do without any permanent responsibility to them.
I'm in a complicated situation. I got set up on a date by multiple people with this girl. It sounded like a good idea at first, and I have about three weeks to plan this, but I'm really not all that interested anymore.
She's currently sober, vegan, and gluten free until mid October. I'm none of these things. I need to come up with a date that sounds fun given that. She doesn't mind if I eat meat or drink booze, but I want to give her a chance, since so many people think I'll like her.
Any ideas? I'm going to go into this with super low expectations, so I'm not nervous, but we have a lot of eyes on us and I don't want to just be a pure jackass and take her to Panda Express or something.
We're both 30, if that counts.

Only about a year and a half will be spent learning the code. Really your personality matters more than your experience. If you don't like the first or second year start looking at other careers.
