I kicked a painkiller addiction. It was hard but it helps to find something to fill the hole then ease yourself off of that. In rehab they told us to work on what was killing us fastest. I picked up cigarettes to help get off painkillers, then eating to get off cigarettes, then gum to get off eating all the time, and now I'm just normal. Idk if that will work for you but its worth a shot. Stay strong anon, you can do it.
