With all the hub-bub about global warming, are there any actual meaningful military or strategic implications of global warming for the US, relative to the strategic rivals around the world? Arguably the majority of the US is landlocked, so would the US actually be as significantly impacted militarily as, lets say, China or most of Europe?
As far as I know, the US has no major population centers or strategic military facilities anywhere near any coast lines with the exception of a couple of naval bases in Virginia and Hawaii...

Dude there is no such thing,Im not even american or supporter of america but you president is a smart guy.
Taking care of your economy is number one priority,if anything the agreement is half baked with no designated rules or sanctions on the participant countries.
If anything USA got ahead just because other countries decided to gimp themselves, including China in 30 years.

I don't even care about how much the temperature goes up
even if it goes up by like 20 degrees and the ocean goes up by 20 feet it wouldn't actually be an issue for the US I don't think, the chinese and the russians would get flooded out but the US would be fine, there's not really much coastline
Is it normal/okay to love a firearm made by a country you hate, used by a country you hate, or used for shit you disagree with?
Is judging firearms by their country and usage ridiculous? Should you only like firearms for aesthetics and function?
I hate Germans and how they're Making Europe German Again for the third time.... But I get an immense boner from G3 clones, the PTRs. Got a century cetme, liked it so much went back and got a ptr
Its a fucking gun, keep the politics out of it

Yeah, I really like Desert Eagles too. It's a shame.
So, if Depleted Uranium is used for it's density and hardness in munitions, why can't we use pic related for hollowpoints or conventional bombs (powdered this stuff is highly explosive with oxygen)
It's a radioactive waste, so we actually save money by producing it into something.
It's brittle which is good to get fragments, and it's chemical toxicity is like lead on steroids.
>>34144307
Nato did this when they were bombing Yugoslavia for some reason.
Little did we know that cancer rates in populous surged because of it.
>>34144312
>giving kebabs cancer
its much more fissile and can be reprocessed into nuclear fuel instead of used in boolit, and also difficult to handle safely. there's pretty much no reason you'd use such a rare element in something mundane as a bullet when lead kills just as well
also if you're putting nuclear material inside a conventional bomb you're kind of defeating the purpose of a conventional explosive

None. Forget starter kit. Go for broke. You will replace all of your starter stuff in a month anyway.

Im not gonna reload much though. Im only reloading 30-30, 30-06, and 5.56.
Philippines is now officially confirmed to be a Chinese client state.
>>34144278
How?
>>34144286
look at gun.
>>34144278
so France, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Lithunia,... are German client states, just like Canada is a US client state and ANZ are Austrian client states?
I fucked up, im not graduating because i skipped a whole semester of school, what should i do? I was planning to go to syria or iraq to voulnteer with one of the militas or something but i only have like 400 bucks and gear but no gun, should i just get a GED? I'd blow my brains out but don't want to make the gun death rates higher.Should i just get a guard card and become a guard? (cali fag btw)sorry for bothering you bros.

Go to Mexico and kill yourself.

Join the navy. Serve for 4 years. Do ship security when you get out. There's a plan for you. Does stuff like pic related appeal to you?
So, gentlemen.
Today I went through a rather interesting experience and I figured I'd share it with you degenerates.
I inhabit a third world shithole completely forgotten by god and all other deities around, and it is a shithole in which firearm posession is generally frowned upon, and obtaining related items through legal means requires you to be a special very unique kind of collector retard in the military.
As you can probably figure since I'm posting on /k/ I'm definetly a retard, but not a retard in the military collectors shitlord guild. So I decided, since it was my only real choice, to build a percussion cap fired 28 gauge muzzleloader.
Among other monstrosities I built during the drunken miserable coke addled trip I call life, I had several 12 and 20 gauge striker fired break barrel shotguns built from expediently hardened mild steel stock. And recently the local state serving brainless fucks in the military police contingent caught me driving drunk as fuck with one of those artifacts in my shitbox funmobile.
To make it all brutally clear, I need you sons of bitches to present me with reliable ways of hiding a rather large cache of a very special sorts of materials and projectile firing tools, otherwise I'm getting locked up and raped by rabid negroids.
I had the do/k/ument fully downloaded but I lost that hard drive in a rather intense fire episode.
Pics of the stuff you've made or this didn't happen.
>>34144060
Wait a fucking moment and I'll post whatever I kept on record, sans exif.
I honestly expect my humble contribution to the scarce OC shitpool gathers the attention of some of you dirty stained niggers.
Here is the 28ga muzzleloader and an unmentioned KB'd spanish .38spl reinforced enough to handle light black powder loads.

Way to ruin the bit
Hey /k/ I just bought a brand new cz 527. I spent 900 canuck funbucks on it.
Anyone have experience with this rifle? I'll mainly be shooting copper washed military surplus steel core ammo out of it.
Understandable, have a good day.
>>34143901
If you're shooting corrosive ammo, make sure you clean it after every use unless you like rust and pitting
>>34143901
I hear generally good things about it.
Caliber choice is appealing due to the low cost.
If I can get the parts, the upper and the trigger group will fit, right?
I'll get steel bushings put in the rigger axis holes to prevent egging that happens like with the Colt LMG upper.
>>34143829
I don't know strictly if the parts will all work with one another, some of them were kind of unusual, but if your receiver is a registered machinegun I don't see why you shouldn't be able to build yours into an M231 style of weapon.
You can always ask the feds to be sure.
>>34143829
wasn't the m231 full retard only?
>>34143829
I did some research on the m231
it is an open bolt gun, full auto only
they use special lowers and bolts
the upper is a standard A1, with a few modifications, so I don't know if a semi auto will fit
Why shouldn't I spend $270+fees on a Mossy 500 with 20" barrel, 8rnd capacity right now? I also do not own a shotgun
Cuz you can save $600 more and buy a Vepr.
>>34143706
I have a maverick 88 20" 8+1 and I like the 18.5" 6+1 more. Less front heavy.
>>34143711
I am poor college fag
>>34143724
Hmm never took that into consideration. Now that you mention it an 18.5 would prob have a more centered, comfortable mass
What are the most cyberpunk looking guns in the US?
poor augchan stripped down
also, rhino revolvers look kinda cyberpunk to me
Gotta say the Fostech Origin 12 looks about as cyberpunk as cyberpunk can get without digital interfaces.

>as we are chatting the associate interrupts and tells me I failed the background check
I have no idea why I would fail, but this is pretty embarrassing. Not sure if there is a way to even check why I was rejected. What can I do to clear this up?
By not being a criminal or retard in the first place.
>>34143686
In the next life, be born white. I can tell your black because someone is dating your mom. You have no dad.

Contact the authorities in charge of this stuff instead of coming to fucking 4chan.

I'm picking the Mosin because meme, but also because I hear bolt actions are relatively easy to clean, I live in California, and I want it for hunting.
My Questions are:
>Is ammo easy to get in the Bay Area?
>Is it actually easy to clean?
>Good first rifle?
>Is $319 a good price?
>Suggestions instead?

Dear god
If your getting a first rifle it should be .22
>>34143639
I want a hunting rifle, not a plinker. I've handled guns before, and I think it's time I got one for myself.
