Chrome is good, but goolag has a finger up your ass at all times. Firefox is praised, but I gave up after a month. Tried Brave - looked perfect, until I realized that you can't load chromium extensions to it (at least easily). What else should I try? Is there a good chromium-based browser without goolag integration? Maybe there is something that is not based on anything?

Disable other adblockers and no cookie options, else the ads will not be "displayed" and AdNauseam can't click on them.

Or open the following script, ignore and tweak it like this to not get detected so fast and forced to solve a captcha

Nintendo is releasing a SNES classic- similar to the NES classic in about a month. I've read things about retropie and emulation on a raspberry pi- mostly that it's pretty easy and a much better alternative simply because you can play multiple types of roms through a front end.
I've never programmed anything, and I need some instructions on how to set up an emulation machine and parts suggestions.
TL;DR pls spoonfeed me on raspberry pi/retropie setup and let me do the woodwork so I can make a badass arcade cabinet with joystick and control pad to share with you guys, /vr/ and /v/

That's definitely budget. One immediate correction is that the CPU you selected already comes with a cooler so you don't need to order another cooler.
To be honest, I'd totally allocate a bit more for a lower-end Ryzen 3 or 5 rather than a FX-6300. The price should even be comparable at this point, but you'll have much better upgrade potential with an AM4 motherboard.
