It's not supposed to be easy when you first do it you idiot. It is literally biologically programmed for your mind to wander. You will have to practice meditation to get it to not do so. Even then, you will not be "having no thoughts", you will actually be thinking without experiencing words or even sound. You will literally be silencing your mind and learning to control what you see internally. At high levels, when you get control of your body, you can even simulate and control feeling, up to and including Unions with a Consort.

You also shouldn't count breaths at all. Just breathe and focus on how the air moves through you.

What does fit do for gym when you're too far from your normal gym to work out?

I pretty much live at university year round now and work out there every day. However when I come home I can't afford to buy a gym membership for an upwards of 50 dollars for two weeks. I'm trying to do strength building at home, but it's really limited space.

Get one of those portable pullup bars you can hang from a door frame. Pullups, body squats (nice n slow, ATG), rolling planks... get a pair of 20-35lbs dumbbells to keep at home and theres PLENTY of exercises you can rotate to maintain gains while away from gym.

I had the bathmate pro. (300USD)

The tl;dr is that the gains really aren't perminant but it's a fun toy. Gains can be .5-2" girth (no real length) and last for up to 24hr.


I got rid of it and now actually feel like I've gotten smaller, but that's probably just in my head. measurements are the same.

I have the hercules. Use it in the morning, fully hard, and I have a good .5 inches plus in girth for the remainder of the day. Only downside is I'm circumcised, and where the shaft meets the head swells up kinda weird, makes putting on condoms difficult. But it's a good tool

Lets talk chest fat for a second.

Be gentle, Im still a bit green to getting in shape. I hold a good deal of chest fat. Its not gyno, its jusy where my body likes to store those extra pounds. Ive been doing cardio like crazy to reduce overall body fat and theres already been a noticable difference; down 30lbs in the last few months.

Im looking to start lifting now so I dont end up a skinny fat, but Im a bit worried (probably unwarrantedly so) that if I start working on my chest that the added muscle will just stack on the fat before its gone and make my chest look worse than it currently is.

Is my thinking incorrect? If so, please correct me. Thanks much.

What's my bf% idk why but I'm eating around 2200 and not losing weight at 6ft 183lbs ? I'm going to revamp my diet and start eating at 2400 and exercise 6 times a week instead of 3 to hope maybe it will fix my metabolism. Maybe because I'm sitting all day besides when I lift ?

Is it ok If I take 5g for one month every day, stop, and start again?
