What does fit do for gym when you're too far from your normal gym to work out?
I pretty much live at university year round now and work out there every day. However when I come home I can't afford to buy a gym membership for an upwards of 50 dollars for two weeks. I'm trying to do strength building at home, but it's really limited space.
Get one of those portable pullup bars you can hang from a door frame. Pullups, body squats (nice n slow, ATG), rolling planks... get a pair of 20-35lbs dumbbells to keep at home and theres PLENTY of exercises you can rotate to maintain gains while away from gym.
