how do I get rid of these? i dont like having purple eyesockets because im pale & look like a crackhead. would tanning help?
I lost 50 lbs in 4~ months two years ago and while they were still purple it it wasnt nearly as bad

fatty trying to lose weight here. my TDEE is around 3800 and i've been eating 1500-2000 calories every day for the last couple of weeks. is that too much of a deficit?

If you can keep it up without breaking, it's fine. With a TDEE that high, the less you eat the better.

The most important thing is coming up with a plan that you will continue. often if someone has too challenging of a diet (or exercise routine) at some point, they will dicontinue altogether rather than modifying their strategy to make it less challenging.

First few months of lifting I was seeing my body transform before my eyes every time I looked in the mirror now I dislike what I see.
I also catch myself often enough checking out my reflection of my body a lot in anything.
I've decided to attempt to stop look at the reflection of my body in mirrors or Windows e.t.c for 2 months and see how I feel after them.
I'll still look at my face in the mirror when shaving and shit but not avoid looking at my body from neck down.
Any ever tried anything like this?

Every time I see a manlet in the gym, I know he's just trying to overcompensate. Also, that I'd look infinitely better than him with the same amount of work just because he's short.

-any obvious reference to a youtuber or eceleb should be reported, and not the foundation threads -- make natty or not threads, and make routine general threads if necessary, but without a direct reference to a youtube celebirty as the OP pic
-any obvious and blatant reference to a company or product should be reported and deleted -- "Why don't you drink product 'x' before working out?" -- YOU ARE BEING ADVERTISED TO
To address this problem we need things like diet or supplement general threads and within those threads companies can try their hand at baiting you into products

Hey guys, I've been doing a routine for a little under a year now that is a variation of starting strength. The difference is that I've added a lot more upper body work and arm isolation exercises.
I'm wondering if I should ditch this work out and do a variation of PPL or maybe even another type of brosplit. I haven't seen enough results but i don't know if that is because I had to take winter off from my College gym and I didn't workout May 17th-June 17th.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
OHP/sitting OHP 3x5
Sitting bicep curl 3x5
Dumbell press 3x10
Incline Dumbell press 3x10
Tricep cable pull-down 3x10
Cable rows 3x10
Dumbell flies 3x10
What should I do, /fit/? I'm now in a financial position in which I won't have to skip winter now and I can work out all year long. Should I stick to this routine or should I do PPL or another type of brosplit?

Last year was my first Utah year
Worked on being able to ski anything including cliffs up to 20 feet, this year it's frontflip, backflip and 360 both ways. I guess it's a little more than a hobby since I'm there any time I can be.

I'm recovering from a knee surgery and can't work my legs out atm. I'll probably go on a Dan John Square program once the knees are healthy but I'm not sure what upper body program I can do in the meantime to help me not look so odd.
