I've been going to the gym everyday for over 2 weeks except a couple of days rest plus other exercise as well.
I do about ~30 minutes running on the treadmill each time and weights every 2nd or 3rd day. I'm being more careful with diet as well.
I'm 5'9 and about 72kg. I don't know if it's placebo but I think my face looks a little slimmer already.
How long should it be until I expect to see results? I'm not expecting immediate results but it'd be nice to see some changes by 2-3 months.
Focus on increasing your numbers and bettering your lifestyle. As long as you do this while counting calories and meeting macros, your aesthetic results will come faster than if you obsess over getting big.It'll be much less stressful, too.

I haven't even been focusing too much on a specific weight or set amount of reps yet. I've just been lifting at the heaviest weights I can for now (albeit with machines) until my muscles can't lift anymore. I'm already not getting nearly as sore for the day or two after now so I'll probably move to free weights soon.
Overall I enjoy it since I just enjoy exercising and I feel more stressed when I don't go but I've realised rest days are very important too.
I'm not concerned about getting big, I think my body shape is naturally pretty decent in terms of shoulder to waist ratio but I need to built some upper body muscle especially biceps and pecs

I'm fat as fuck, guys.
I've really let myself go over the years due to being a lazy cunt and now I'm beyong unhealthy.
I want to get into shape, or at least start losing weight at a consistent pace. I know there are no miracle diets or workouts or shit like that.
Thing is, due to my job and college, I have almost no time to exercise, at least not in a gym. I wake up at 7AM, get to work at 8 and leave at 5PM, only to go to college at 6PM.
Do you have any tips? Should I wake up sooner and walk? Should I do push-ups etc. at home before going to work/going to sleep?
