Hello, I'm new to lifting, and I've seen people commenting on how they got bald from taking too much creatine. How I am supposed to cycle?
Is it ok If I take 5g for one month every day, stop, and start again?
I don't want to lose my hair, nor do I want to get really big, so I don't think I will need that much of a dose.

The only way to keep your hair is to do actual cardio and eat a low fat diet

Drink more milk, it counters the creatine hair loss affect. When I'm on a creatine cycle I drink at least a gallon a day to be safe, hair loss is permanent...
>>

skim or whole milk?
>>
>>42439472
whole milk

The fat in the milk contains the hormones that counter act creatines balding effects

nigger you can eat 10g of creatine every day for the rest of your life and be completely fucking fine; creatine is naturally occuring and if you have a diet heavy in red meats you're probably already saturated. You don't have to cycle shit for creatine, that's a normie fucking meme.

Also just get bog standard creatine monohydrate instead of that expensive shit
>>

its a meme

doesn't cause hair loss
but
to much creatine will give you explosive diarrhea that i know

Creatine doesn't make you bald, you're also already taking it when you eat meat. There are things it does do though and it does have positive health benefits

That's a meme
