The quesiton i have, is the day i do use certain, why when i poop, there is little clumps of white or yellow shit like embody around my brown shit?

I don't use creatine. It's too much of a pain in the ass for 5% more power at my level (aka nothing) , and I don't want to risk losing any more hair.
