How do I dance lads? As if I go out with friends get a couple of drinks and we hit the dance floor. I don't know how to move not to look like a spastic retard. Anyone got some good videos showing some sick moves I could learn?

unfortunately it's just a matter of practice. the more time you spend at parties, the more time you will spend around music + other people dancing. following that, it's just a matter of monkey see, monkey do. you'll notice lots of people dance pretty similarly to one another for this reason, over time you'll subconsciously amass a repertoire of various dance moves. part of the way I learned to dance was through going to parties and trying to actively look as silly as possible, which also forced me to confront my fear of judgement etc. etc. meet some cool party people you get along with, and go to parties with them, someone will surely show you the way anon.

I turned 18 pretty recently and i am a NEET loser.
Im skinny and weak as a twig, eat terribly because its cheaper, and i live in an airport hangar.

Now i found myself a few days ago looking for a job because i am living on NEETbux which would be enough, but i want more money to spend on being more comfortable i.e. getting an apartment.

I went in and was looked at all funny like i was a homeless person.
I asked the cashier if the hiring manager was there but he stared at me in silence.
This big fat lady working on the till next to him laughed really hard and so did the other workers around me.
I shook my head and walked away, humiliated and deppressed.
When i got on the bus crammed against filthy transients i realized i wouldnt stand this anymore.

I dont know much about working out (i read the sticky) but i started small.
Since yesterday ive been doing 5 push ups which is all i could manage and 30 sit ups, 3 sets of each with a 5 minute break inbetween.
I did another session just a few hours ago and my arms are sore and my stomach hurts, but i can feel something.
I plan to do this until i can do more push ups and more situps and maybe save up for a tread mill.

When i look like a god i wont only be more confident, i wont be looked at and laughed at anymore.
Im going to be the strongest person, the biggest fucking person in the room, and snap any one who looks at me wrong like a twig.


Am i doing enough to start?
Should i do anything else that an atrophied person like me can do?

Guys what do I do about this constant stress?

Can't sleep right now and I know its fucking with my gains. But I'm just so stupidly angry. There's shit that happened and I can't get over it but how does one fix this? Praying? Meditation? I thought I could lift the feels away but its not working anymore.

Well, desu i broke up with my gf last yeah, was feeling down, could not get out of my bed but still could not sleep. Started lifting running and all that shit, it helped me a lot and i lost 40 kg. So when im feeling down lifting helps, but if it does not help you deal with the problem directly. Btw i was not feeling better until i could see the results in the gym

Anyone here dealt with an elbow surgery?

My recovery isn't going as fast as I'd like it to. My physio therapist is a 21 year old woman, so I of course don't trust her.
What exercises did you do? Right now I'm getting comfortable with a 3KG dumbell. Still hurts when I rotate my wrist though
