It's as easy to get addicted to gym as it is to stop going.

You have to be strong and just fucking go for 2-3 days and you'll want to go everyday again.

Need some advice guys. I was planning on starting a cut but I injured my lower back a few weeks ago so I've only been doing bench press and chin ups. I don't want to lose any strength or muscle should I cut anyway? Try to maintain? Are heavy bench and chins enough?

If I were you, I would wait it out. With a grade A diet, you can minimize any loss in strength and size. Spinal injuries shouldn't be taken lightly. I'd let your body rest and heal so you can return to the gym at 100%.

Absolutely false for anyone trying to maintain lean mass and reduce body fat. 900 is also way too low. Find your BMR and eat 20% less than that. Find your BF%. Stick with .8-1 gram per pound of LEAN MASS to begin with. Once you actually reach your beginner goals, you should start taking in more protein. Idk where you got .3-.5 but that is entirely too low.

I posted this in a finances page, and everybody immediately climbed down my throat demanding that I continue to live in brain-fog and drop every spare penny I have into my debts for the next 10 years, because some idiot convinced them that was better than finding new income to pay it off without making yourself miserable. All I want is some grocery advice.

I have some liveable income for the first time in a long time, it has the potential to grow with the right attention, and so I'm trying to keep myself in good shape to pursue this growth. More than anything else, this means regular exercise and a proper diet. I have little reference experience.

I have $495 CDN to invest in feeding myself and fitness. So far, I've been suggested caffeine pills and not much else. How can I use this money to best take care of myself? What is the best way to buy food? I'm totally happy to eat the same bland thing every day for as long as I need to afford better if it accomplishes my goal of a clear mind and maintained body.

My right bicep feels ripped and torn. My left shoulder is shocked. My nervous system is wrecked and my adrenaline glands are blown out. My entire body is fucking ruined and I've been going to the gym every day for quite some time now, and I feel like every sense of logic is telling me not to go to the gym tonight, but tonight, I'm going. I'm going to that fucking gym. To see what muscle is left that I can possibly not traumatize. My chest is burning, my shoulders are crying, my back is aching, my mind is torn. My arm are sore. No amount of protein seems to heal my ache as I challenge myself daily.
