Well /fit/, apparently I have psoriasis.Had something similar to pic related on my right palm for the last 2 months and it itches like crazy.
Anyway, i went to a dermatologist today, and she told me that i should switch my diet, since apparently a big reason for this is that my liver cant properly absorb vitamin-a and i should start eating mainly lean meats and green veggies, while avoidint stuff with high acidity like tomatoes, pork, potatoes, etc.
The problem is, that i've been on keto for the longest time and i had GREAT results because of it, do you think that the keto diet might be responsible for this shit?

I used to go to the gym for about a month and a half, I went literally every day and my routine was something like this:

workout a

-benchpress
-other benchpress
-some fuckin other chest excersize i forgot
-shrugs for shoulders
-deadlift or some shit
-some third shit

workout b

-preacher curls
-dumbell curls
-some other dumbell shite
-some back exercises that I forgot

I'm going trough the sticky again but it's not helping me actually decide on a quick routine today, and I only have a few hours before it's too late to go to the gym today.

Squat to 5 rep max. Same weight, 2-4 sets of 2-3 reps.

Overhead press to 10 rep max. Same weight, 2-4 sets of 7-8 reps.

Weighted chins, whatever you can add for 5x5.

Face Pulls supersetted with tricep extentions.

Ab rollouts.

Should take you less than an hour, and your bases are covered.

So I strained a muscle in my lower back while diddlylifting. Doctor says

>no running or biking
>no boxing
>no wrestling
for a couple weeks. What do I do to stay in shape? Bodyweight? Swimming? I need ideas for exercises and conditioning that won't aggravate my injury.

If you strain a muscle or partially tear it then you rest for a day or two then immediately get it moving. do some sets of certain movements for the muscle then to it everyday. Add load as the days goes by.

So I normally go to the gym during my lunch break, but I went pretty late last night and when I got home I fucked my girlfriend like never before. I come pretty quick the first two times (embarrassing, but whatever), but last night it took forever for me to bust a nut the second round, but I was rock hard the entire time and it felt great! Anyone else experience this difference in performance after immediately coming home from the gym??

How can I tell if they're mostly fat or muscular?

>not much of a thigh gap
>harder to poke or pull beyond ~1cm
>I lost once 15 kgs / 33 lbs with heavy cardio and good diet, they were still pretty thick for that weight back then (52 kgs / 114 lbs).
