What's the limit to how much pounds of muscle a person can sustain naturally?
Someone gaining 0.5 to 1 pound of muscle per week can't just keep gaining mass infinitely, there has to be a point where a cap is reached, right?

Hello /fit/

Following 5x5 SL at the moment, but have gotten a sharp pain in my Upper thigh/hip flexor since I squat 2 plate last Wednesday - no doubt from bad form in addition to ignoring the pain wanting to hit the milestone. What exercises can I replace it with in the meantime while I recover? Never thought I'd miss squatting, but it just hurts too much at the moment.

Dont replace it with anything. if the pains so bad you cant do any squats you shouldn't be doing any leg work until its healed.

Yeah I've tried to squat a few times since I just thought it was like DOMS again, but can't even manage a set. Best to just grit my teeth and skip legs like you say.

Hey /fit/. I'm trying to improve my life a bit (aka get some pussy and not look like a fucking loser)

I'm 19, 6'1 and about 210lb's (give or take, haven't weighed myself for a while but I look like a fat fuck with thicc thighs and a beer gut.). I'm a kissless virgin with some physiological issues (read social anxiety disorder and clinical depression).

Have any recommendations for where to start? I've recently stopped drinking soda and all sugary shit but I still end up eating junkfood mostly (no money, parents are literal jews, also parents can't cook a goddamn thing even if they had a gun against their heads).

I don't smoke weed or take any medicine so I've got that going for me I guess.

I was thinking I could find somewhere to start and since I'm (somewhat) retarded it would be easier to watch someone literally explain shit to me.
