I forgot something, I decided to quit smoking, and I started to gain some weight.

Always was afraid i had this. Only been >15% for about a year in highschool. I see the nip bulge without pump and when my nipples arent hard. Always justified it that way

Its real gynecomastia, I have it and so did my dad and as far I can tell one uncle. Pic related its me. Only real option is surgery (I'm a med student).
I have never been fat, I just returned to the gym after an 8 month break.
My strategy is just own it like anon said above. I actually like my body (I have been always fit I guess) and just try not to be shirtless if its not necessary (eventually you have to swim or have sex etc). My girlfriend doesn't mind, some people look and I know they are giggling but fuck it I would laugh too.
Eventualy when I grow older I'll have surgery, thinking that I may get fat and I don't want to have fucking tits.
Just get fit, we are all going to make it bro.
