i cant have dairy because it causes my acne to flare up.
Got my curiosity here, I want to cut calories but everything is expensive while cheap things just fill it with carbs. What's poyad?

Sometimes when I see people looking at me I feel quite self conscious because I'm not sure if they're staring or admiring me.
For instance, today at the gym I did a leg workout and I caught a girl looking at my quads/legs for like two or three seconds.
I have pretty hairy legs so I can't tell if she thought that I had nice legs or hairy/weird legs.
She was an 8/10 by the way so I became really shy.

This is incorrect, the best diet/eating schedule is the one you can sustainably stick to.
That said, most research suggests that a fasting window between 16-20hr has the most benefits. Fasted weight training is not for everyone though, so experiment with training fasted before you break your fast versus eating a relatively small meal (20% of daily kcal) a couple hours before you lift and getting the rest of your food after lifting. fasted cardio is gonna be fine for most everyone.
there are no special kcal requirements, if you want to lose fat just multiple your bw x12, eat that many kcal getting at least 0.8g of protein per bw, fill in fats/carbs according to preference. don't eat shit food.

well boyos, i fell on my bike a couple days ago and busted my hands open and have a huge gash on my forehead haha. im gonna be decommissioned from working out for atleast 5 days. it fuckin sucks. all i wanna do is lift and i cant right now. anybody know this feel? how did you cope? i feel my gains depleting from having to rest. it is driving me crazy.

Not only couldn't I hit the numbers I were supposed to today, I couldn't lift the weight I did last week. I've been in a constant caloric surplus, gotten enough sleep and stayed hydrated so it feels very random. Anyone else have days like this?

Thinking of mounting gymnastic rings in my room to do most upper body training. But still doing the press, squat, clean, and row. Anyone have experience with this?
Start with assisted muscle ups, that's what i started doing at first (sets of five till failure). now i can do at least one full muscle up. work your way to doing a muscle up in reverse (from straight arms up and down into hanging). google for instructions on correct form obviously.

Whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, yes.
As long as you are getting your fats, protein macros, and eating your veggies, you can bulk on those carbs.
Drink your water and tea, too.

Which is best to lose fat and keep muscle? Can't get a clear answer but these are 4 I have seen mentioned but I also seen them as not recommended. I would prefer to do HIIT cardio in the afternoon on a day when I don't lift.

Currently doing PPL. Tryna cut a bit of fat.

Yes!
If im doing upper body, ill do cardio right after or earlier/later in the day. I usually dont do cardio on a leg day, but if I feel like it I separate them by a few hours.
I'm doing push/pull with the only real leg exercise being squats, plus a really random work schedule, so I just tack 3x5 squats onto a push or pull day.
I do 45 mins 15% incline treadmill at 10-10.5 METS before i lift. Works well with my cut and i burn 6-700 kcal. I have plenty of energy for lifting.after, i do ppl. If i lift first my energy is not quite there. Just my personal preference.
Not neccesary with cardio but overall fitness will be better.

How would one get back into swimming? I swam competitively for my highschool team.
23 now, 6'2" 180lbs. Haven't worked out since I was 20 but I'm still toned besides a bit of flab on my stomach. Mostly because in my free time I eat magic mushrooms and climb trees all day.
I smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day, but I smoked a pack a day in highschool. That didn't really affect my swimming since my times senior year were 53.8 for 100yd butterfly, 58.4 for 100yd breast stroke, 47.6 for 100yd front crawl, and 1:46.2 for 200yd IM.
Would the best thing to do just find my old work outs form highschool and go at it again? Or should I focus on lifting/cardio on dryland before hopping in the pool?
I mostly want to break under 50 seconds for 100yd butterfly since that was my goal, but I tore my shoulder and had to go to physical therapy.

Absolutely. Politicians, media, and pop culture are all controlled by big corporations, who make tons of cheap delicious garbage that they want everyone to buy and eat. The downside is it's all incredibly bad for you, but it makes them money efficiently with little to no effort.
The rest of society is made up of weak willed people who enjoy and indulge on this garbage, and everyone knows people need to validate their bad lifestyle choices so we have like 70% of everyone else constantly telling everyone that this lifestyle of eating garbage is okay, pushing fat acceptance, disregarding science and biology, and spreading the ideology until everyone is an obese slave buying and eating anything these corporations push.
Hopefully the free market will fix it and America will die off.
