Sometimes when I see people looking at me I feel quite self conscious because I'm not sure if they're staring or admiring me.

For instance, today at the gym I did a leg workout and I caught a girl looking at my quads/legs for like two or three seconds.
I have pretty hairy legs so I can't tell if she thought that I had nice legs or hairy/weird legs.

She was an 8/10 by the way so I became really shy.

It's better to just assume they're checking you out. It'll give you a confidence boost which girls really like. Confidence is key my man.
