I've been lifting on and off for the last couple of years, and I have tried alot of different routines, but I'm not sure which is the right way to go.

Currently I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day off.
Chest - Leg - Shoulder/Back - Rest
about 1 1/2 hour each workout

What would you recommend?

The goal is hypertrophy at that point where Rach Pananay looks tiny

Guys, how do you actually motivate yourself to lose weight.
I was(am, but less) skinnyfat, lost about 20lbs, and still have about 15 more to go, But i look like a fucking skellington.
What is the ideal situation: skinnyfat that gets buff but fat then loses weight?
Or skinnyfat that loses weight, becomes hungry skellington of death, then slowly builds muscle?
I'm 175cm tall and 65 kg, i could go down to 58kg, i guess. I was 75kg. But i really feel like shit being this light.

Weightlifting 1rm
Bench 80kg
Row 110kg
Deadlift 132kg
OHP 50kg
Currently doing 531 with boring but big.

I'm a fat fuck who's a picky eater. Is there any way I can live off meal replacements like soylent and still get stronger at a good rate. Hey /fit/ I am relatively healthy but had a very salty meal and woke up with a headache a mild one that lasted for 1 minute.

I'm 23 and is that normal. I also didn't drink a lot of water after.

Anyone forced to switch to trunks or briefs due to their legs/glutes blowing out boxers brief leg elasticity? Everything is designed for sticks these days (used to be one and everything fit great). I got some decent trunks but can already feel the fabric is stretching. I work construction so I'm always moving which probably contributes to rapid deterioration. I haven't worn briefs since being at most 10. If you guys have any decent brands or styles that last let me know.

Lads, I'm calculating my macros for the first time and this is what I have. For context, I'm a 5'11 male at 210lbs and trying to cut

>40% protein (206 g)
>30% carbs (155 g)
>30% fat (59 g)
>total of 2065 calories

Is this fine? I feel like 40% protein is a bit much, isn't it? Sticky says to have 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

yeah sticky was right. you dont really want to go over more than 1.5g of protons per lb of bodyweight. I'm on a cut rn and my macros are similar
