well boyos, i fell on my bike a couple days ago and busted my hands open and have a huge gash on my forehead haha. im gonna be decommissioned from working out for atleast 5 days. it fuckin sucks. all i wanna do is lift and i cant right now. anybody know this feel? how did you cope? i feel my gains depleting from having to rest. it is driving me crazy.

Couldn't lift nearly a month. Do HIIT cardio instead, and work on stretching. Do the splits.

Whatever your sedentary hobby is (reading, meditation, vidya games, movies, etc) fall in love with it for a while. It hurts like hell going through it, but once you're back in the gym, that first day back feels like your a kid in motherfuckin' Willy Wonka's.
