Thinking of mounting gymnastic rings in my room to do most upper body training. But still doing the press, squat, clean, and row. Anyone have experience with this?
Start with assisted muscle ups, that's what i started doing at first (sets of five till failure). now i can do at least one full muscle up. work your way to doing a muscle up in reverse (from straight arms up and down into hanging). google for instructions on correct form obviously.
