calculators don't take into account variation due to underfeeding or overfeeding so your best bet is to just base your tdee on changes in your weight with a known amount of calories

I just cant consume anything else then water in the morning. Everything tastes like shit in the morning and my stomach has some blockade.
Don't eat acidic foods like fruits and fruit juices. Try toast, eggs, and milk. Also be sure to take supplements. The sickness will go away whether you eat or not. Get those gains anon.

i am:

>can see my ribcage, have a very small amount of muscle tone in abs
>legs/arms are sort of toned but just skelly-toned
does anybody have advice for me? I want to be generally more fit; i know i have to make changes to my diet and my physical fitness but i don't really know where to start.

Yeaap. Learning to cook is actually extremely helpful. Cause you can learn to make a delicious quality meal, then make an extra big amount and bam! You got like 2 days worth of high quality food right there. In fact, start looking up recipes and learn two new healthy dinners a week. Make food, eat food, lift. I know you can do it!

BBB is too low frequency. Even if you cross the lifts (531 squat with 5x10 RDL, 531 DL with 5x10 fronts etc) it may seem like you hit every movement twice but in reality only once is high intensity. So you have to employ Jokers and FSL backoffs to really drive up the main lift volume.
It can also be done in a PPL fashion: bench and OHP, weighted chinups and rows, squat and dl

Is this what's meant by the "stabilising" muscles? The weight itself (60kg total) didn't seem heavy, but for some reason my body was freaking the fuck out trying to stay still.
Overall it felt good, I feel like I've neglected my body by not doing Dumbbell presses at all.

Is there a big difference in doing cardio prior to lifting? That's my usual routine. Am I doing it wrong?
If I'm to do cardio, I typically do it after lifting so as not to tire myself out before lifting heavy.

I've always worked off what was more important that day/week/training phase and started the session with that. Although if your "cardio" is 10 mins walking on the treadmill like a douchbag I don't have any advice for you.

That body is very easy to get with daily cardio and park workouts. Look up Kali Fitness and other park fitness guys, you can become semi-jacked off daily bodyweight exercises alone if you diet right, follow a good bodyweight routine, sleep well, and dedicate 2+ hours a day to it every day.
