Not only couldn't I hit the numbers I were supposed to today, I couldn't lift the weight I did last week. I've been in a constant caloric surplus, gotten enough sleep and stayed hydrated so it feels very random. Anyone else have days like this?

just kidding. every musician, professional, and athlete have these plateaus/dips in performance. take a step back, time off, change things up, improve life outlook, and treat yo self to some preworkout the next time.
