I've been on gym since May of this year. Started with 122Kg, now i'm dancing trough 113~114 for weeks... This is a normal process, it will cease? My diet is restricted, most is protein. Go to gym 5 times on week, moderate weight lift + 30mins walking/running, sometimes i just do 60mins of walking/running.

Am i doing something wrong? Why i stopped losing weight? Should i lift even more?

We're frequently told that since insulin is a hormone that signals fat storage, we should avoid carbohydrate ingestion. I find it odd that no one says to eat less protein as well given that protein is also insulinogenic, and in many cases, more so than carbohydrate.

What gives?

/fit/. I'm not in bad shape from throwing around a dirt bike for years. I used to work out every day for a year. Then I went off for the summer. Started college and worked out every other day. And couldn't work out very long due to class shedules I let myself go again over the summer but what can I do to get myself back into shape. I got an average of 2 hours of free time a day before work and after class. I can bench 180 atm. My squat was 255 but haven't tested it recently. I weigh 185. And 6'0" My cardio isn't as good as I want and I want to lose some fat and finally cut for once. I'm tired of being close but not good enough. Any tips?

Does the details of your diet/workout really matter as long as you do it? As long as you get your macros, don't pig out, don't starve, do your lifts, and do your cardio, does it really fucking matter?

I need this guy to teach me proper form and shit but it feels like past the point of learning the basics it's kind of a scam.
