Going on a road trip for a week with some friends. I doubt I'll have access to a gym or weights

Fuck it, that's the last straw. What can /fit/ tell me about kegels? I'm strongly considering doing them. I'm becoming increasingly worried that my lifelong /r9k/ tier fitness level has lead me to under develop the relevant muscles to such a degree that I can't even get a good wank.

Just do them. They will help with erections and overtime you can control when you bust much better. Edging also helps control how long you lost only if you work on actively trying to edge for stamina purposes. Just edge for an hour and achieve as many point of no returns as you can without busting

So I trained my biceps the other day and I went extra heavy on them. I made every rep worth it. I squeezed and stretched as much as possible.

I workout at my house (parents house) and every morning I walk up to the moms in my underwear and make her pump me up before I workout. I make her say "You can do it anon, I believe in you" I really do do this. Anyway I thought I'd create a lil diddly on here with the same idea. Hey /fit/ i've been doing SS for a while now and my goal was aesthetics and i feel comfortable to switch to a hypertrophy based routine now, I've looked up PPL since a lot of people here seem to have good results with it and i found this post on reddit

Your timeframe is unreasonable especially if you want to look like someone who is clearly on gear it is highly unlikely you will come anywhere close to that despite the motivation you may think you have. 1 anon put it perfectly this is a marathon not a sprint. Heres what I can say as far as routine wise. Find a routine that has a vertical push/pull, horizontal push/pull, squat, hinge, lunge and carry movements and work on progression weekly/bi-weekly/monthly whatever suits you. For nutrition your going to want to eat at a surplus to put on mass so start around +250 kcals with 50%p/25%c/25%f or whatever macro division works best for you. See how this goes for a year and all the best you fucking insignificant piece of actual shit. Are you fucking retarded? All of this is in the sticky you cretin. Do not waste our time with this and put this in a qtddtot. Absolute fucking mongoloid.

Do the Reg Park routine in three stages across 9 months. (Start at 2, obviously).

PPL is as gimmicky as SS or SL and 99/100 nerds recommending it can't lift shit or dare to take their shirts off in public.
