Gentlemen, I need advise. I've been working out @gym pretty consistently 3-4 days a week, 1 hour at a time (it's the best I can do right now), for the last 4 months. My routine is rotating arms, legs, back, and core. Here's my problem, after 4 months, I'm still hitting arm muscle exhaustion pretty damn fast.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you overcome this?

What is the current goal? See abs? Clean cut? If you have no goal I'd suggest building up the muscle.

No goal in particular, abs are poser-tier imho, only good muscle I have are fucking MASSIVE legs and decent arms (or rather biceps for showing off), I just thought I'm a fat fuck and lost some 30 pounds in a couple months, and now I'm just kinda stuck here, having lost any significant liking to food and looking like an Auscwitz prisoner. I guess I'll bulk whenever I can start regularly hitting the gym or something, because rn I'm in bumfuck nowhere with the heaviest weight being some petty 25lb dumbells.

Without a pic it sounds like you're skinnyfat. In that mode you could look like Auscwitz model inmate and still be horrible looking.
My suggestion in your case is to take up some bodyweight exercises (bodyweight general). Its not as effective as weight lifting if your end game is big muscles for skinny bitches. However, it will get you tonned, you can learn some good tricks, such as planches, handstands, etc, and its fun. Only catch is it does shit for legs.
Also you really should set a goal. It does help mentally to see (real) people around your age/height that and figure out where you want to go. That is how you will determine if you need to cut/bulk (unless you're competing).

remember that lifting is just another supplement to help you be the best you possibly can, and not the end goal (unless you want to be a pro bodybuilder or power lifter)

Hey /fit/, random question cause I can; lately I've been having what appears to be large testosterone spikes that occur in and out of the gym. Suddenly I start to get real agitated without due cause, other times I just want to fuck anything that's got a nice hole, then the spike goes away and I feel kinda tired and like I wanna sit and do piss all.
I'm not on any kinda steroid, been lifting for bout 2 years now and am turning 20 in <1 month. Is this what turning 20 is like?

Prpbably my heart. It's enlarged and thick from years of rowing. Resting rate in the high 30s.
Pro is I can go off and do just about anything without getting too tired.
