/fit/. I'm not in bad shape from throwing around a dirt bike for years. I used to work out every day for a year. Then I went off for the summer. Started college and worked out every other day. And couldn't work out very long due to class shedules I let myself go again over the summer but what can I do to get myself back into shape. I got an average of 2 hours of free time a day before work and after class. I can bench 180 atm. My squat was 255 but haven't tested it recently. I weigh 185. And 6'0" My cardio isn't as good as I want and I want to lose some fat and finally cut for once. I'm tired of being close but not good enough. Any tips?
