How do you avoid looking lanky?
Also how much do you bench?

Eat a lot and lift for years. I'm 6' 5" and I only got out of lanklet mode by eating a shit ton but now I'm fat and trying to reel it back in

I feel like it's more about your arm length than anything. If you have long arms you're just gonna look lanky.
