Life forms without muscles are (some?) plants.

How long would it take for me to achieve this kind of body? I'm 6'0 and 140 lbs skeletor mode and been lifting for 2 months.

I feel like my chest is not developing into that square shape but instead it's just protruding forward which looks like shit

And yes I'm bulking, my goal is to get to 160 by the end of the year. How much do you guys think this fella weights?

How the fuck do I stop side stitches while running?

I've tried:
-no food 3 hrs before
-light snack (banana) immediately before
-light snack 90 mins before
-no water 1 hr before
-glass of water 30 mins before
-glass of water immediately before
-deep breaths when they start
-shallow fast breaths when they start
-stretching out my sides when they start

These things are the bane of my existence right now. I'm literally jogging so slow I keep my mouth closed and not out of breath at all. The only thing that makes them go away is slowing down to jogging barely above a walking pace.

Don't eat at least 2h before, no snack right before. When running make sure to take deep breaths, not quick and shallow ones. Touch down on forefoot and keep a good posture when running.

I had to do all that to get rid of mine and mine were horrible. glhf

Hey guys today my elbow started to crack after doing incline dumbell press, seated OHP with dumbells, and benchpress. I was using heavy weights at first but than de loaded because 1 of them started to lock up and hurt a little. PLS HELP. (my usual is Bench, barbell OHP, and DB Incline)

I want to do an 8 hour workout in honor of Rich on Sunday. But just doing arms seems like a bit of a waste, here's my plan
>A
3x5 bench
4x10 reverse curl
>B
3x5 DB row
4x10 tricep extension
>C
3x5 ohp
4x10 curl

Because A and C are so similar, I'll be alternating like this

A workout is done every 30 minutes, so 16 mini workouts just like Rich's 8-hour arms.

Okay, /fit/, I weighed myself today and I am 350lbs. I used to be a Football player and I've always been decently strong while being obese. What are some things I can do to lose weight safely over time?

Also, I have really bad anxiety about my health, and had to stop exercising earlier because gas from my dinner made me think I was having heart palpitations. Wat do to overcome this?

The gf broke up with me and my diet has literally been just eat whenever. My stomach sometimes growls with hunger pain but I just don't wanna eat. My diet is:
