Bitch that's nothing. My breakfast consists of 12 raw eggs, a bowl of oats and a little bit of supplementary cum from my bf.
spending a few weeks at my cousin's place he lives in a rural area so no gyms close by that's the only thing I could find close to weights help fit what else could make as weights I'm trying to train mostly my chest
pick up heavy things and do:
- "bb"/"db" press
- flys
- bw dips
So I lost a ton of weight without trying, and I don't necessarily think I look better. I was a fattie all my life, but I recently took a ride with the glass pipe, and as you'd expect it turned me into a lanklet.
I'm about 6'0 160 now. Was 230ish most of my adult life prior to this.
Most people think losing weight is good, and it MOSTLY has, but not ALL of the effects have been positive. My face pretty much just looks better, and my upper body has a great V-shape it never had before. But there are a few issues like:
* My arms got skinnier.
* My ass isn't as shapely as it used to be (sucks cause girls loved it).
* Thighs have gone full lanklet, while my calves stayed huge, so my thighs look weird next to my calves.
* General skinnyfat-ness. I look lean with a shirt on but when I take it off there's still those love handles.
Can anyone recommend a real basic program for adding some muscle? Definitely not any crazy bodybuilding stuff, I just want to look better.

Its honestly not as complicated as this board makes it out to be, my man. Just eat healthy and enough and workout each muscles group twice a week with at least 24 hours of rest in between each workout for said muscle group. So back and biceps on momday then again on wedneaday earliest. Start light weight and focus on form then move up the weight once it's too easy and not straneous enough.
Just workout you retard. Any beginner program is fine, but I tend to Phrakture's Greyskull Linear Progression

Also make you stretch and work on mobility. Stretching alone does wonders to feeling more loose and powerful. Not sure if its in my head, but I feel stretching is half the battle

Hey everyone,
I'm coaching junior varsity and varsity water polo at a high school this fall. I met the team today and a lot of these boys are pretty thin and flimsy looking. We don't have access to the school weight room as football and basketball have priority. I want to add some kind of strength routine for them but for now all we can do is body weight stuff. When I played in high school and college we had a great weight rooms so other than push ups I'm not sure what else we can do. I would love some routine suggestions. Thanks

You can make every exercise gradually harder by changing the inclination (pushup with elevated hands, pushup, incline pushup), variations (close grip pushupy military press) or going to single limb movements (one hand pushup with elevated hands, one hand pushup, inclined one hand pushup). I am on a tablet so I can't provide much. Go educate yourself. Pirate some calisthenics books or buy them.

Go to body weight thread and get shit from there. Here are some ideas a lot of standart bodyweight exrercise can be transitioned into harder variations or get extra resistance added using some bands. Pullups can be done weighted. Bring over a chain, a carabiner and some weight plates from the weight room, football people probably have some to spare. Use it for pullups and dips once kids progress into reasonable rep ranges on bodyweight pullups and dips. You cant really replace the deadlift, so have fun with that. Make kids progress on harder variations of squats. For abs you dont really need any weights.
TLDR Pirate a calisthenics book and use that. Get creative. Dont ask for advise on /fit/
