How the fuck do I stop side stitches while running?
I've tried:
-no food 3 hrs before
-light snack (banana) immediately before
-light snack 90 mins before
-no water 1 hr before
-glass of water 30 mins before
-glass of water immediately before
-deep breaths when they start
-shallow fast breaths when they start
-stretching out my sides when they start
These things are the bane of my existence right now. I'm literally jogging so slow I keep my mouth closed and not out of breath at all. The only thing that makes them go away is slowing down to jogging barely above a walking pace.

I vaguely remember reading that it depends on your breathing and stepping pattern. I will see if i can find the article. Might just be bro science.
Don't eat at least 2h before, no snack right before. When running make sure to take deep breaths, not quick and shallow ones. Touch down on forefoot and keep a good posture when running.
I had to do all that to get rid of mine and mine were horrible. glhf
