Hey guys today my elbow started to crack after doing incline dumbell press, seated OHP with dumbells, and benchpress. I was using heavy weights at first but than de loaded because 1 of them started to lock up and hurt a little. PLS HELP. (my usual is Bench, barbell OHP, and DB Incline)
