I want to do an 8 hour workout in honor of Rich on Sunday. But just doing arms seems like a bit of a waste, here's my plan

4x10 reverse curl

3x5 DB row
4x10 tricep extension

3x5 ohp
4x10 curl
Because A and C are so similar, I'll be alternating like this

A workout is done every 30 minutes, so 16 mini workouts just like Rich's 8-hour arms.
