So it turns out I've developed anal stenosis from a combination of a recurring hemorrhoid over the years and I didn't get enough fiber when I started eating more protein which broke the camels back. Just remember guys, never slack or procrastinate, your health may not always be there. Does anyone know any liquid diets that wont murder gains or should I just give up on making it?

Hey /fit/ I just got diagnosed with depression after years of lying in bed all day denying that anything was wrong. Psych trying to put me on bullshit SSRI's.
Basically presenting with all the symptoms of low T now at 22 so I'm gonna talk to my doctor this week.
I don't want to fuck up the blood test and have the doc pull the "350 ng/dL is totally in the normal adult range" card.
So far I've stopped lifting, I'm pounding back sugar and carbs and I'm going to stay up all night before the test day.
Anything else you can recommend?

I always get bored (lazy/unmotivated/lose interest) around the 3 month mark and start fading out of lifting. done this 3 times now over the last 2 years. I get super disciplined, never miss a workout or meal for several months, then I gradually lose all will to go on. it starts to become meaningless and I start seeing the time I'm sinking into it, and I get this nihilistic attitude about it. how do I get through this bros?
