Keto is great. I was at 320lbs and now Im down to 250. A lot of that was with weight lifting as well of course.

O.K I spammed this pic everyone in the last 2 days and I've gotten 100% negative criticism letting me know that I looked much better on the left.

The thing is, I think right looks way more aesthetic. After being a hungry skeleton for all of my life, left just looks sickly to me.

I just want to make sure the fat isn't clogging up my brain. If my goal is eventually to be husbando-mode, isn't the right way closer to that ideal?

Help me, /fit/. I am 5.8 manlet and I would be well over 6 if I didn't had scoliosis. Are there any good exercises you recommend? I am tired of being the same height as the fucking mexican midgets. I am 165 pounds. If not reverse it, I just want to stop it from getting worse.

I guess pretty much every fruits marries well with oatmeals but what else?

I put frozen blueberries and raspberries in a bowl before I go to bed and let them thaw in the fridge. Then I add soygurt, muesli, 35g extra oats, two tablespoons of crushed flax, two tablespoons of hemp seeds and a fist of walnuts. Shit ton of antioxidants, omega-3's, ~40g protein, loads of minerals.

In January I was 315 and now I'm 290. I feel like I'm losing weight at a slow pace (been at 2700 calorie/day which is a 400 calorie deficit). Any suggestions on faster results? 6'3 btw.
